The king cake, which is traditionally only served between twelfth night (jan 6th) and mardi gras day, is a brioche based cake with a small plastic baby on the inside. Each piece is hand made, hand stamped and hand painted in Louisiana. Comes signed by the artist and ready to hang with a keyhole slot on back for flush mount hanging. Due to the handmade, hand painted nature, no two are exactly alike and will vary slightly. 6" wide x 5.5" tall x 3/4" thick.
